We do not charge any fees for internships and do not engage or authorize any third-party agents, consultants, or placement agencies for internship recruitment. Applicants are advised to report any such claims immediately.

The Internship Certificate will be issued only upon successful completion of the internship, in accordance with standard academic and industry practices in India, and where required by the candidate’s college, university, or future employer.

Any documents required by the candidate’s college or university (such as offer letters, undertaking letters, progress reports, or completion certificates) must be shared with the company in advance, strictly in the official format prescribed by the institution. Issuance of such documents shall be subject to company review and management discretion.

The internship stipend, if applicable, shall be decided solely by the management based on role, duration, performance, and internal policy. The stipend structure is not guaranteed and is subject to change or withdrawal at the discretion of the company.

All relevant documents, including certificates, letters, or reports, will be issued only after successful completion of the internship and completion of internal clearance and handover formalities.

In cases where the college or university requires specific documentation, the complete list of documents along with the prescribed format must be provided through an official college circular or email, strictly as per UGC / AICTE / University-approved internship norms.

By applying for the internship, the student acknowledges and agrees that they are required to follow all company rules and regulations, including but not limited to working hours, attendance, holidays, code of conduct, confidentiality policies, performance expectations, and any other company policies applicable during the internship period.

Failure to comply with company policies or internship guidelines may result in early termination of the internship, and the company reserves the right to withhold documents or certificates in such cases.
